Which Size Do I Need?
The Sigvaris Compreflex Wrap is available for either the right or left leg, as well as a number of size-based versions to help you find your perfect fit:

Size and Style
To find the correct size for you, please measure the circumference of your leg above your knee (E on the diagram below), of your thigh (F), and below your gluteal fold (G). Match these measurements as closely as possible to the table below.

How Easy Is This Wrap To Put On?
This Sigvaris thigh sleeve is very easy to apply due to its front panel and straps, which can be unattached and adjusted whenever necessary. A Velcro belt and wait attachment are also provided with your purchase, which can be used to strap the sleeve in place and prevent slippage during the day.
How Much Compression Does This Wrap Provide?
The straps on this compression sleeve can be adjusted to achieve between 20 - 30 mmHg and 40 - 50 mmHg of pressure. The AccuTabs provided can help users accurately tighten their straps to the correct compression level for their condition.
How Do I Use the AccuTabs?
To use your AccuTabs correctly, lightly fasten the straps around your thigh so they are not stretched, then attach an AccuTab to the end of each one. Once the tabs are in place, simply tighten your straps to the correct level of compression following the measurement lines of the AccuTab.
How Much Compression Do I Need?
Generally, 20 - 30 mmHg is considered a moderate level of compression and is suitable for treating mild to moderate conditions, while compression levels over 30 - 40 mmHg are suitable for treating more severe conditions. However, if you are unsure of which level of compression you require for you condition, we strongly suggest referring to a medical professional.
Can I Wash This Sleeve?
To wash your sleeve, place it in a mesh laundry bag for extra protection, then machine wash on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. It can then be tumble dried on a low setting, but air drying is recommended to maintain the product's lifespan.
